HB Reavis signed a loan contract with Bank Zachodni WBK for EUR 24.975 million to refinance building B in the Gdański Business Center. The complex is located at the junction of Andersa and Inflancka streets in Warsaw, just metres away from the Dworzec Gdański underground station, which makes it one of the most conveniently located office buildings in Warsaw.

HB Reavis starts the second phase of the Gdański Business Center project, constructed at the corner of Andersa and Inflancka Streets in Warsaw, just a few dozen metres from Dworzec Gdański underground station and several hundred meters from the Arkadia shopping centre. The second phase will encompass two buildings, with the total of over 50,000 sqm Grade A office space. It is one of the largest office space investments currently under way in this part of the city.

The River Garden II/III office complex in Prague follows HB Reavis Group’s first office project, River Garden I, which was completed in 2012 and has already been fully leased. The new eight-storey complex offers more than 25 000 sqm of leasable space for offices and retail units and is thus the largest office development completed in the Czech capital city this year. The first tenants include Philips and Hills.
