Aupark in the town Piešťany is definitely approved. The planning permission for its building-up became valid early in April of this year. „We have valid planning permission; the building-up will start immediately after finishing of advance working“ says Želmíra Rácová, information officer of the developer HB Reavis Group. Shopping-entertainment centre should be completed until the summer 2009.

Aupark in the town Piešťany will be situated in close vicinity of pedestrian precinct; it will replace the parking place at Nitrianska ulica. After finishing it will offer the area of almost 9-thousands square meters for shops, entertainment and relax. This project will fetch along also the area larger than 1 100 square meters of new high standard office space, 50 flats, as well as hotel with 152 beds. Almost 400 parking places will be available for this complex.

Developer of Aupark is the company HB Reavis Group, company, which has been operating for fifteen years in Slovak real estate market. During last year this company expanded to foreign countries and established its branch offices in neighbouring Czech Republic and Hungaria. After the successful project Aupark in our capital the company HB Reavis Group took decision to built-up the shopping-entertainment centres Aupark not only in other regional towns of the Slovak Republic but also in neighbouring Czech Republic. Aupark will be built-up in the towns Žilina, Košice, Trenčín, Ružomberok, Brno, Ostrava, Hradec Králové and in Karviná.
