Two thirds of Apollo Business Centre II premises has already been leased or reserved
The first tenants start moving into the one of the largest office buildings in Central Europe

Bratislava, 26 September 2008 – The project of the largest Slovak developer, the company HB Reavis Group, entitled Apollo Business Centre II, approaches the home straight. As of today, six out of eight buildings have been approved to be regularly occupied. The remaining two 16-storeyed high-rise buildings are still under construction. After the completion, they will make up a sophisticated architectonic concept of a solitaire with outside courtyard. Sixty-six per cent of the total leasable area of 79,010 square meters has already been rented.  

“Apollo Business Centre II is a natural follow-up to the successful story of the first Apollo Business Centre, built three years ago. It enlarges the Central business district by as much as 80,000 square meters of leasable area, and due to its architectonic handwriting it becomes an element creating the city. Combination of stone, glass, metal, wood and greenery in outdoor atrium is a counterpoint to adjoining Apollo, and makes up pleasant and harmonic working environment,” states Roman Karabelli, PR manager of HB Reavis Group.

The investment in the construction of a modern office complex amounts to EUR 130 mil. The tenants are provided with the highest standard based on architectonic solution of the first phase. The cladding and pavement from natural materials in all common areas are commonplace. The lightening installation, microclimate and the climatic concept are designed and optimised on the basis of thermodynamic simulation of energies and interiors of buildings. In all areas there are distribution systems with pre-heated air. Smooth operation of all technological devices is controlled by intelligent control system. In addition to the monitoring system, 24 hours security is also ensured by security service. The access to the complex is very easy and comfortable due to the adjacent thoroughfares, proximity of municipal transportation system stops with 12 bus and trolleybus lines, and more than 1,800 parking spaces.
