TWIN CITY

Culture, fun, shops, offices and a hotel as well as above-standard residential apartments; all of which is included in the Twin City multifunctional complex, which is growing on the border of Bratislava’s Old Town and the Ružinov district. The total investment costs related to this project are approximately 17 billion Slovak crowns, which makes the Twin City centre the most significant development project not only in Slovakia, but also in the whole of Central and Eastern Europe. The construction of a new, modern bus station is also integrated in the Twin City project and is planned to replace the current, out-of-date area for travellers.

Twin City will form a complex of buildings dominated by a high-rise structure. The total leasable area provided by Twin City is as much as 200,000 m2. Half of the area is planned to be used for shops, fun and relaxation activities. More than 60,000 m2 is reserved for administrative and office premises of the highest category and for an exclusively equipped 4-star hotel with 200 rooms. The concept also includes 320 high-standard apartments.
